This facility is wonderful! Would receive a 5/Five except that the business center is non-existent. This is a business hotel, and there is a room with space for two computers, a printer, and chairs, but it is totally empty!!! 🙁 When asked, they said it has not been put back together since the pandemic. I mean, that was over one year ago. How are we suppose to get work done outside of our room (with family, I might add) if there is not a functioning business center.
That said, this is a beautiful hotel. It is so clean; probably the cleanest I’ve stayed at in a couple of years. And, the staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful courtyard with lots of sitting area and a pool & jacuzzi. The restaurant is very nice. Options for vegetarian and the staff is again so nice and helpful. My only wish is there was a plant-based protein option at breakfast. All of the other IHG facilities offer almonds/nuts with their oatmeal. Here it was just raisins and brown sugar – which does not keep a body going more than a couple of hours.
We hosted a birthday party in the bar patio area. The venue was great and the coordinator Nancy was very helpful. Our friends had many complaints about bartender Kayla. She was not friendly and there were multiple people that complained to me. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, and the overall experience was good.
Thank you to all the hardworking staff that made my stay as lovely as it could’ve been! I will define come back and visit again. I will say that the location where the hotel is in is very nice and quite, that is something I value a lot.
I needed a place to stay in the region on short notice and decided to give HI Dublin-Pleasanton a try. In the unlikely event that I’ll need a hotel in the region, I will go back. My only regret was not trying the seemingly famous chicken wings.
The good:
– Excellent service
– Meaningful upgrade for IHG elite members
– Short walk from BART station (West Dublin BART also has safe and easy parking)
– Many amenities (pool, gym, patio)
The bad:
– Rooms are dated
The ugly:
– A/C unit is behaving strangely. Seems to be centrally-controlled sometime and cooled the room to 15 degrees Celsius
– Wi-Fi is not encrypted
The staff at this place is awesome, the restaurant food is delicious. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great stay. The manager was very profesional. I love everything about this place. We for sure are coming back.
Everything was amazing. When I checked in Michael was amazing. He was so friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations. The room was very clean as well as the whole hotel and grounds. Every employee I came in contact with had a smile on their face and were super friendly and engaged with my children and I. I was able to get a reservation fast and I sometimes need that for my children and I. I will definitely make this my go to when I need to find a place away from home. The Holiday Inn Dublin / Pleasanton were very accommodating with our Convention that was held at the hotel on June 17th and 18th 2022. Especially Director of Sales Arielle who book the convention. My State Officers stayed at the hotel prior to the convention in February 2022. The food was great. The Executive Board room was just what we needed for our officer meetings. We even used the Executive board room for the Elvis impersonator we had at the Convention June 18th. All the staff were helpful. Looking to plan another convention here in a year or 2. Denise
I enjoy our family and organize the stuff are. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxing. The restaurant has amazing food. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. had accessible parking and close to that Bart which gave us accessibility to San Francisco

Every time I visit my friends in the area this is my favorite place to stay + very close to shopping mall and bart station.
cockroaches on the wall. Dark dreary decor. Broken slider that they fixed but didn’t stay fixed. Next to freeway. No complimentary breakfast. Wasn’t many people there. Plenty of parking. Odd layout
Arrived after long flight from UK so ready for bed. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and fast.
I would recommend getting your room allocation first before bringing bag’s in as the place is a bit of a maze. There are better unloading options especially if you want to be near the lifts.
The room was fine with every thing you need including a microwave and krugg coffee machine which i hate, we need a campaign to bring back the filter machines.😃
I was very impressed with the efforts of the room staff, towels and face cloths were decoratively folded, even the toilet roll tail had a bow in it .
Only slight niggle with the room was the surfaces were slightly tacky. Which I assume is COVID sanitising related.
Didn’t sample any if the hotel’s facility’s as all i needed was a post flight bed and i left before breakfast in the morning.
The bits i did use bed and shower were excellent.
I came out here for a family function only to find out I can’t be let on the military base out here and had to get a hotel in Dublin ca. When I booked with them I wasn’t sure because I was so surprised at the pricing being good. They had breakfast, they are close to everything I thought it had to be a mistake, however everything checked out. When it was time to check in these people made my life so easy, and made sure if I had any issues to contact them. The one little issue I had when I first Got there was nothing because of how fast they got into the solution and out of the problem. This is definitely a staff that cares. The rooms are clean, the pool and the hot tub are awesome and the fitness room is more than I expected. Definitely stay here is your in the Silicon Valley on a budget.
